Nine Games.
One Skill Each.

Organizers may select up to two game types per event day.

Distance Attack · 10 min
Alternate dynamic apnea and surface swimming to accumulate maximum distance within defined breath-hold and surface rules.
Develops pacing control, breath discipline, surface recovery timing, movement efficiency.
Time Attack · 400 m
Dynamic apnea and surface swimming in the shortest possible time. Time and rule penalties set the final score.
Develops pacing, breath discipline, recovery timing, efficiency under speed.
Cross Discipline · STA · DYN · swim
Static, dynamic and surface swimming in sequence. Earn points for breath-hold time while managing rest and transitions.
Develops pacing, relaxing under pressure, transition ability.
Triple Static · 3 × STA
Three statics, 30 seconds rest, declared targets and no timing devices. Finishing early or late reduces the score.
Develops self-awareness, consistency, calm under repetition.
No-Fins Glide · 50 m
As few strokes and kicks as possible across two pool lengths—every movement and every second counts against you.
Develops precise movement, efficient turns, speed vs. economy.
Bottom Crawl · 1 length
Crawl along the pool floor at the slowest possible pace, hands and feet in continuous contact.
Develops relaxation as discomfort rises, conditioning for longer dives.
Vertical and Horizontal Speed · 4 × 10 m
Four 10 m bi-fin dives, each followed by a 20 m surface swim, in the shortest possible time with clean technique.
Develops CO₂ tolerance, fast recovery, composure under fatigue.
Shallow-Water Rescue · timed
A full blackout rescue and tow against the clock, completing every key safety step correctly and under control.
Develops rescue skills and confident safety protocols.
Deep-Water Rescue · timed
Descend to recover an unconscious diver, then complete the rescue sequence with a surface tow under time pressure.
Develops rescue skills and confident safety protocols.

For Freedivers Who Want More

For those who do not want their development to stop at certification - who enjoy training with purpose, want their skills tested in a real setting, and value consistency over ego.

Improvement matters. Execution counts. Performance is earned - not claimed.
