Three Sisters Komodo

The Three Sisters are three large rocks all connected to each other, all covered with corals, blue sponges, and are teeming with life. You will dive in the shade of the current and finish the dive on the peaks which top at 6, 7 and 8 meters respectively. You may be lucky enough to spot rays crossing on the top of the pinnacles.

Pillarsteen

Pillarsteen boasts dramatic walls, stunning swim throughs, and huge whip corals. This dive site has no shelter from the swell of the Indian Ocean, therefore, expect there to be surge. When the swell is calm, you can spot fantastic macro critters from sea apples to whip coral partner-shrimp.

Batu Tiga

Batu Tiga is located in the central area of Komodo National Park. This is an advanced level dive site as there is usually a strong current. Highlights of the dive include excellent habitat for big fish like napoleon wrasse, grouper, giant trevally, and barracuda . Maximum depth is 35 meters.

Pink Beach Komodo

Pink Beach / Pantai Merah, located in the central area of Komodo National Park. The bottom contour is sloped and composed of a mix of coral reef, rubble, and vegetation. The dive site is suitable for all levels of divers. Types of coral reefs are patchy and submerged. Maximum depth is 30 m.

Manta Point

Karang Makassar, or Manta Point as it’s more famously known, is Komodo National Park’s biggest dive site at approximately 3km long by 400-500m wide. It is a shallow drift dive site with a beautiful coral reef to the south, dunes to the north, and a rubble coral bottom in between, scattered with manta cleaning stations.

Pengah Kecil is a rocky island located in Central Komodo and offers plateaus, steep walls, and sloping reefs. Currents can be strong, thus diving is chosen according to the position/direction of the current, and always in the part not exposed to the current. A great site for macro marine life.
