Very beautiful and large rocks in the shape of a step, in line with the Sainte Beaume, hence its name. Many lives come together here, a must-see site.

This site, adapted to "multi-levels" by its constitution which offers an underwater evolution from 1 to 37 meters, consists of a Sec cut into several faults. To the south, over a distance of 17 metres, is a small cave.

La Cride, near Sanary-sur-Mer, is a popular dive site for its varied underwater scenery and rich marine life. With depths ranging from 15 to 35 meters, it is suitable for divers of all levels. The site is characterized by vertiginous drop-offs, rocky screes and caves.

The arch is a site for freedivers of all levels. We can cross an arch which is located 3 meters below the surface, over 8m in length. There are scree around an islet. near the arch is a tunnel 7m deep, 12m long.

This site has several tunnels and caves, and the snorkeling level is rather “advanced“ (SSI1 very comfortable minimum). However, beginners can admire the beauty of the cliffs and the entrance to the caves. One long tunnel is located at a depth of 9m and is 30m long. It crosses the cape...(weather warning).

Blue! For deep Freediving, All Freediving levels possible. Depth approx. 70 m. Caution: Sea conditions must be calm. If there is a slight current, use floating device.

An emblematic dive site, it was one of the first sites to be dived by the Mousqumers for the trial of the first autonomous diving suit. It was also Frédéric Dumas’ favourite playground.

This site, for experienced divers, consists of an open-water Sec in the 28 to 37-meter zone. Exploring along the walls, you'll see some beautiful gorgonians.

A small rock with a high concentration of fauna. It is home to five or six grouper huddled in the crevices, as well as a few large conger eels and moray eels.
