The L-shaped Arch on Irabu Island is a dramatic site featuring a massive curved arch reaching depths of 35m, ideal for intermediate divers and above. Expect encounters with giant jacks, dogtooth tuna, and macro life like red clownfish and crustaceans in the nearby Warp Hole cave.

Shiratorizaki on Irabu Island features varied topography, including 30m-deep Denter Rock and the light-filled Shiratori Hole. Rich in marine life, it offers pygmy seahorses, nudibranchs, and seasonal encounters with manta rays, whitetip sharks, sea turtles, and other large fish—great for all diver levels.

Cross Hole on Irabu Island, Okinawa, is a cave-style site with depths from 5–27m. A cross-shaped hole in the ceiling lets in light, creating a mystical effect. With a mix of vertical and horizontal passages, it’s beginner-friendly while offering dramatic topography and stunning light-play for all.

Snake Hole, on the west coast of Irabu Island, Okinawa, is a favorite among topography divers. The cave sits at 5–8m depth, with a 4m-wide, 10m-deep chamber. Inside the air dome, shifting pressure from waves can create a fog-like effect, producing an eerie and beautiful underwater scene.

Located in the western part of Shimoji Island, it takes about 30 minutes by boat from Miyako Island to reach Devil’s Palace. You will descend from the crevasse and enter through an entrance at a depth of about 15 meters, with a maximum depth of 25 meters, through narrow, dark passageways and arches.

Mini-Grotto on Shimoji Island, Okinawa, is a unique cave dive where you swim through an underwater tunnel and surface in a hidden pond. With a max depth of 20m, it’s suitable for all levels. Natural light fills the cave, and the return route passes “Bent’s Mark,” adding an adventurous twist.

From Miyakojima to Shimojijima can be crossed by car by a bridge that was recently opened. A point where you enter from a boat at sea, enter a descending cave, and float through a hole to a large pond on land.

Antonio Gaudi is located on the west side of Shimoji Island next to Irabu Island, about 5 km west of Miyako Island. The name was given to the innumerable intricate and mysterious arches that look as if they were designed by Gaudi. Everyone is fascinated by the beauty that nature has created here.

Nakanoshima Channel on Shimoji Island, Miyako, offers depths of 5–25m and calm currents, ideal for all levels. Its maze of crevasses, arches, and tunnels creates stunning light effects on clear days, making it a favorite for both scenery and exploration.

Nakanoshima Hole on Irabu Island has a dramatic topography where you enter at 5m and descend to a 25m hole, viewing striking light–shadow contrasts. Facing the open ocean, currents can be strong. It is best for intermediate to advanced divers.
