Kreisel, located at the mouth of a bay, offers stable sea conditions ideal for all levels. It features dynamic arches and rock holes, with marine life ranging from frogfish and longfin trevally to yellowtail, amberjack, and hammerheads. Dungfish and snubheads appear from winter to spring.

Pineapple Rock in Minami Ise, Mie, is a boat-entry site with depths to 16m, ideal for all levels. A large pineapple-shaped root hosts schools of snappers, butterflyfish, and resting dorado sharks. With 15–17m visibility, it’s popular among topography, macro, and wide-angle divers.

Oike in Aigaura, Minami Ise, is a rare marine lake with shallow 7m depths, ideal for beginners and training. It’s rich in macro life like Satsuki and Tatsu gobies, with occasional large fish. Nearby boat sites offer schools of whitebait, chagara, and nudibranchs for added variety.

Grotto 1 in Minami Ise, Mie, dubbed “Ise-Shima’s Blue Cave,” features light streaming into its cavern, schools of tuna, and occasional stalactites. Surrounding roots at 25m+ host snappers, rock lobsters, frogfish, and nudibranchs, offering both dramatic scenery and rich marine life.

Orange Forest in Minami Ise, Mie, is a boat-entry dive site with a max depth of 22m. Known for its clear waters, it features schools of yellowtail, bluefin squid, and occasional hammerheads. Deeper areas host macro life like Ayatolla and Xanthocorallis clownfish—great for both wide and macro diving.

Todomari no Nose in Aigaura, Minami Ise, is a calm boat-entry site with depths to 28m. Artificial breakwaters act as fish reefs, attracting diverse species and large schools of migratory fish. With minimal current, it’s a stable, enjoyable spot for both beginners and advanced divers.

S Point in Minami Ise, Mie, is a calm, clear-water dive site ideal for beginners and intermediate divers. It features the stunning “Rainbow Arch” and soft coral-covered terrain. Rich in marine life, you can see migratory yellowtail and colorful southern fish—making it a favorite for photo divers.

Soft Coral Garden in Hozaura, Minami-ise, Mie, is a boat-entry site up to 25m deep, famed for vibrant soft corals and colorful scenery. Home to seahorses, frogfish, snappers, and bumphead parrotfish, it offers rich marine life and is suitable for both beginners and advanced divers.

Rainbow Arch in Aigaura, Minami Ise, Mie, features a massive arch ceiling draped in colorful soft corals. Home to rock lobsters, eels, nudibranchs, and shrimp, it’s great for macro and wide shots. Accessible by boat, it’s best from spring to fall for top visibility and vibrant scenery.
