Grand Mal Wall

Top of reef is only 8 ft / 1.8 mtrs and down to 35 mtrs / 105 ft. Large holes in reef edge provide plenty of hiding places for Lobsters and Lionfish and with the variety of environments plenty of things to see, large and small. If you are lucky one of the few places to see large 2mtr+ / 6ft + Tarpon.

Hildur (Wreck)

Sunk in 2007 as an artificial reef, she sank slightly away from Grand Mal wall in 36 mtr / 120 ft and is home to huge black coral trees and other deep-water coral / sponges and Marine life.

Cherry Hill

Starting in 6ft / 2 mtrs of water and dropping to over 100 ft / 30 mtrs this is a site for everyone, Divers and Snorkelers alike. Lots of Porites corals in the shallows and our regrowing Elkhorn corals. As you go deeper, you will find seaplumes and more hard corals.

Buccaneer Molinere Bay (Wreck)

This wreck is a sailing yacht that was sunk as an artificial reef in the early 1980’s. Laying on it’s starboard side with the deck planking gone but supports still there, this ship makes a nice swim through for those certified to do so.

Don Cesar

Confiscated Cigarette boat sunk by the coast guard in 120ft / 35 mtrs of water in a large sandy plain, fantastic site for Lionfish hunting. Barracuda and other large pelagics can be seen while cruising the plain.

Sculpture Park

World famous first ever Sculpture park in Moliniere Bay, started by Jason deCaires Taylor in 2005 to help promote Coral regrowth after the damage of Hurricane Lenny’s storm surge scoured the reef and excavated 3-6ft of sand from the (then) shallow (1ft) channels in the top of the reef in 1999.

River Road

Fantastic Clean up site, with lots of critters (a Fantastic MUCK dive), if you are lucky you can find some partial wrecks too Top of reef around 20 ft / 6 mtrs and the edge drops to about 80ft / 24mtrs.

Dragon Bay has a mix of sand, seagrass, reef islands and a sloping reef. A gentle current, if any, gives you plenty of time to explore its shallow area.

Red Bouy - Grenada

Only able to do this outside of Cruise ship season this is the Deepwater entry channel to the port. Top of the reef is only 25ft / 8 mtr and covered in all types of coral and sponges and the channel drops to 30 mtr / 100 ft and has old anchors along the edge as well as Lobsters and barracuda on the wall.

Boss Reef

Actually an anglicised corruption of Bass Reef which is the original name for the shallower reef system outside Grand Anse bay named not only for the Variety of species but the number of larger ones able to be caught before overfishing. Ranges from 20 ft to an average of 70 ft / 21 mtrs.
