Dive spot: Castle Location: Belle Mare, Mauritius, outer Reef Diving in the middle of many small corridors on white sand bottoms which gives fabulous light effects - looks like a castle. L

The passe du puits (3- 18m) is probably the dive that attracts the greatest number of visitors on the East coast. Launched in the lagoon well, let yourself be carried away by the current through this pass where trevally shiver black, big-eyed trevally, eagle rays, reef sharks and other predators pass bye.

Tokata is a small reef on the northern part of the wall between Bamboo and L’eveille. It is a small reef where sheltering a garden of Anemone at about 25 meters.

At the sandy bottom of the ocean in Trou-aux-Biches lies the sunken KT Mawar at 24 m depth, a in 2018 deliberately submerged vessel that now serves as an artificial reef. Covered in pink soft corals, this wreck teems with marine life, including the rare Candy Crab (Softcoral Crab).

Here the dolphins are visited early in the morning. There are different schools of dolphins in Mauritius. Here we find a large family of spinner dolphins, and now and then a few bottlenose dolphins.

A flat reef in the middle of a snake-shaped sandbank, nothing special at first glance... Don't be mistaken, this is the richest place in marine fauna of the region.

Wreck of a former tugboat that worked in the port of Port Louis, sunk in the 1980s for scuba diving, at only 19 mts. Lost of life as on all artificial reefs.

This site is composed of two pieces of reef separated by a sand bank. With a depth of 17 mts, the profile of this site is relatively easy. So it is good for beginners and marco photographers.

Nice reef along a sand bank hiding small and big in the corals as well as in the sand between 11 and 20 mts, ideal for training and open water levels

Very simple beginner reef. Beautiful rocky landscape with lots of sandy bottom. Easy to dive and not very susceptible to currents. We prefer doing this side with our Discover Scuba Students.
