Laguna de la Colgada

This lagoon complex is a large pool of water that constantly receives water from the springs through waterfalls and also from underground water. Its banks are alive with reeds and low scrub, so entry is possible from any point. The bottom is generally sand in the form of heavy mud.

On the southern breakwater of Castro-Urdiales harbor, we find an easy yet lively dive. The mix of breakwater rocks and sandy bottoms creates an ideal environment to observe a wide variety of fish, cephalopods, and crustaceans. It is a very popular area among divers and perfect for night dives.

About 25 minutes from Viseu, we find the dam with a maximum depth of 20 meters and an interesting underwater route with a maximum depth of 9 meters. On-site we can find a bus, a horizontal tunnel passage, a small sailboat, a construction silo, 2 light cars, and 1 jet plane
