Yanui Beach

Yanui Beach is a small beach facing west, near the southern tip of Phuket. As soon as you enter, you’ll be deep, but you will only dive down to about 12 meters. Near the center of the bay, at a depth of 8 meters, there is a large root called “corralea mole“ where schools of fish are found.

On the south end of Kata beach you enter by the beach and swim out where you get a depth of about 5 meters. Follow the wall and many little reef and rocks with lots of marine life are there to explore.

Koh Keaw Nok (or Koh Khai Nok) is shallow dive/snorkel site, often combined with island tours. Depths are typically 1-12m, with crystal-clear water close to shore. Expect soft, white sand and scattered coral. It’s renowned for abundant, colorful tropical fish that are often very accustomed to human presence.

HUG OCEAN pool

5 Minutes from Chalong roundabout. Hug Ocean has a salt water pool the size of 5 x 15 meters and depth of 1.3 meters in the shallow side and 4 meters in the deep side. The pool has nice view of the ocean towards Loan Island.

Concrete cubes, two stacks. About 5m between the stacks. Shallowest point around 16-18m and sandy bottom around 21-23m. 3-4 layers of cubes. Also big fishing traps around cubes.

Koh Hey/Coral Bay

This is a small bay with a small wreck at 8 meters. There are nice corals, and the dive slopes deeper toward the sand. Visibility can be from 3-5 meters, but on good days +20 m. It can be a nice drift dive to the south where the depth is up to 40.
