A shallow entry directly from the campsite after a short dive time in the direction of the middle of the lake you reach a wonderful steep wall which drops to about 34m at full water. Dive site subject to registration

This lake in the mountain is beautifully situated right in the mountain. The water is clear and rather cool. The training to become a Deep Diver is especially fun here. You could go down to a depth of 45 meters and with 480 meters of altitude, this is considered an altitude dive.

Edersee, Tauchzone 2„ Sitte

The diving zone can be reached by driving from the Edersee diving center in the direction of the Sperrmauer. After about 1 km there is a parking lot on the left side. If you cross the road here, you will reach the custom via a staircase. The diving zone is marked by yellow buoys and may not be left.

The Widdauen Lakes were created from a former gravel pit. Diving depths of up to 27 meters can be reached. The entire site offers a good infrastructure with toilets, barbecue areas, spacious shelters and a good supply of parking spaces.
