Hondoq Reef
- 73
One of the hidden gems of Gozo, Hondoq Reef is the perfect second dive of the day. Shallow, with plenty of light and life, the reef has a myriad of arches, overhangs, and swim-throughs for divers to explore. This reef is a photographer’s dream due to the lighting, different textures, and ample life found here.
Hondoq Reef is home to juvenile grouper, moray eels, nudibranchs, and scorpionfish of all size and colors. In the open areas you will find parrotfish and rays in the sand.
