Lying on its back in approximately 50 feet of water, the airplane is one of Culebra’s few wreck dives. Currents can be quite strong depending on the tide, hence the Beginner / Advanced level.

Gently sloping terrain make this an easy site for natural navigation. As you near the point, currents can become strong and the depth can exceed 60 ft / 18 m, hence the Beginner / Advanced Level.

Devon’s Drop

Coral fingers protrude along the coastline, abundant soft corals and fans. NO TAKE - this site is in the Luis Pena Reserve where no fishing or taking animals of any kind is allowed (including Lionfish without a permit). Currents can be from mild to strong depending on the tides, hence the Beginner/Advanced rating.

Lana's Cove

Named after a local lady who ran a tour boat in Culebra many years ago. As the legend goes, when she passed her friends and family scattered her ashes and scuttled her boat in this cove. A small portion of Lana’s boat remain in about 20 feet/6m of water. Gently sloping terrain drops down to around 60 feet/18m.

The Ledges is typically sheltered from the prevailing wind and waves which makes it a perfect snorkel site and shallow dive site. Currents are generally mild to moderate, shifting from one direction to the other with the tides.

Carlos Rosario Wall

NO TAKE - This site is in the protected Luis Pena Marine Reserve. Fishing, spearfishing, lobstering, or taking animals of any kind is strictly prohibited. Lionfish may not be taken without a permit from DRNA. Mooring balls for day use only by a single boat (8 hours max), no overnight stays, no rafting.

Cayo del Agua

A large cube-shaped rock is a key feature of this site which towers from around 60 feet deep down at the sand to about 30 feet at the top with beautiful coral and sponge growth all over and loads of fish. Currents can be mild to strong, hence the Beginner/Advanced Level.
