Dhiffushi South Corner

Dhiffushi South Corner opens out to the vast ocean, offering excellent chances to encounter various pelagic species while drifting along, including a variety of sharks and rays. Potato reef is a large pinnacle with lively corals on the top reef. Top reef starts from 6m. Reef at some area are more steep slope and some area gentle slope. Site is suitable for course dives, night dives, and fun dives.

20 minutes boat ride from Dhiffushi on the west of the island. Site allows boat to be moored to a sandy bottom of 3-4 meters were the drop of starts from 4-5 meters and ends at 18-20 meters.

Asdhoo Wreck

Asdhoo Wreck is a small steel vessel located on a Giri South of Asdhoo Island. Reachable with a 30 minutes boat ride, The Wreck lies in the Sand with a maximum depth of 22 meters. The upper part of the wreck is going up to 10 meters. The reef behind the Wreck turns into a wall in direction north.

Kuda Thila

The “small” Thila is located south of Ashdoo Island at the west end of Maabadhifaru and it is connected to the long reef with a 25 meter deep reef. To reach in 25 Minutes from Joy. The Top Reef is 4 Meter deep, at the south east corner it has a wall which changing to a slope on the north side.

West Rock is home to a small wreck that is easy to dive, which lies upright in a small bay at a depth of about 26m. Parts of the hold can be explored. The superstructure and the mast come down to 10m.

Shallow Point

Located between Meeru Island and Meeru Corner. 30 Minutes boat Trip from Joy. The top reef is shallow 4 Meters with several reef blocks. A slop is falling down to a plateau on 25 to 30 meters.

Kuda Badhi Caves

Located along a stand alone reef. There are several overhangs towards the East side of the reef that can be explored quite easily. Start the dive up current from the caves and put up the DSMB towards the end of the dive.

Viligili Corner is a really nice drift dive. The current can be really strong during the southwest monsoon and is precisely the best moment to dive here. It offers the best chance to gray reef or white tip sharks at the coral rocks at 25 meters.

Thulusdoo Beyru

Nice Drift dive for all level of divers. The reef slopes from 5 to 30m down, deeper on the ground laying sharks and stingrays in the sandy areas. In the big Rocks we see groupers and glas fish. On the top we find turtles, different kind of morays and a lot of fish.
