Caneca Wall

The Caneca dive site belongs to the largest natural reef in Portugal with a length of approximately 12 kilometres. It is a great wall with a drop in some points that can reach 5 meters. Maximum depth on the sand is 21 meters and 15 meters at the highest point.

Purple Vale Wall

Another dive site that belongs to the largest Portuguese natural reef. Being a wall dive, there are lots of recesses. You will dive in the East-West direction, where you will hit a depth of 21 meters in the sand and, 14 meters at the top. The dive site is a short 10-minute drive from Albufeira’s marina.

Here a dive light is an excellent aid for the best visualization of the marine fauna that is found along the wall between the cracks and recesses. This is a dive spot that belongs to Cela, the largest natural reef in Portugal. As it belongs to this great reef, it is a dive site with easy navigation on the wall.

Pedra do Lavagante

Natural reef with wall dive. Small recesses and, sometimes, a cave, where we can observe some more shy fish hidden. With small loose rocks on its shoulder pad, facing East-West this reef is at a depth of 16 to 17 meters at the top and 20 meters in the sand.
