Lise Cottage

There is no thermocline in this area, allowing for very comfortable diving temperatures from May through October. Visibility is great and you can reach depths greater than 100 feet if you’re looking to do deeper dives. If not, this is also a great site for shallower diving close to shore.

Bonnie Castle

Great training area for Open Water, Advanced, & Master diver students. Shore entry to wall. Guide lines take you from wall to platforms at 30-feet. Max depth is 65-feet following guide lines to sunken car or boat.

Islander (Wreck)

The Islander wreck is found in Alexandria Bay on the USA side of the St. Lawrence River. This is an easy dive to access from shore and even has a dive park for divers to park and stage their dive from. Visibility is usually pretty good at around 50 feet.

SS Keystorm (Wreck)

The S.S. Keystorm is a great wreck dive located on the USA side of the St. Lawrence River. Be cautious as some fishing line may be present on the wreck. You’ll see larger fish speciesm, especially if this dive is done as a night dive.

The America (Wreck)

The America wreck is located across the shipping channel from Jordstat Castle and Dark Island on the St. Lawrence River, New York side. Canadian boats going to this wreck must check-in with US customs first. The current can be strong so this dive is recommended only for advanced divers.

A.E. Vickery (Wreck)

Wreck dive for Advanced Certification recreational divers. Divers will use guide lines to get onto the wreck. Depth varies from 60ft at stern to 115’ at bottom of rudder.

Lillie Parsons (Wreck)

This is a boat dive. Bring a light to see under the wreck. Prepare for strong currents (2-3 knots). Penetration is possible but not recommended for novice divers.The wreck lies between 40 and 50 feet with wreckage extending to 90 feet. Visibility is 8 to 12 feet.

It is best to dive the wreck of Robert Gaskin from a dive boat. The dive can be done from shore but requires a long swim and a diver that has a very low SAC. Centeen Park

A popular dive site for all levels of divers, you can see the underwater sculpture placed here with six standing human figures looking up, surrounded at an 18-foot radius by benches at each cardinal point. Two sturgeons point north at 35 feet out, a tribute to a species that was once plentiful in the river.
