Surfplas Nijstad grote Plas

The “ Kleine Surfplas“ is one of the two Lakes in the recreation area “Nijstad”. Diving in this area is monitored by Dive2adventure. The Diving is ONLY allowed by pre-registering with Dive2adventure (info@dive2adventure.nl). Dive2adventure is currently working on construction of a underwater park in this lake.

Zwembad Ruinen is a swimming pool complex with several outdoor pools. You can go here as a diver but also have a day of fun with the whole family.

Near the exit 24 "de Wijk" on the A28 you will find the pool "de Slenken", an ideal pool for diving lessons. There is a shallower part 2 meters and a deeper part 3.8 meters.

A beautiful freshwater lake with lots of fish and a beautiful underwater environment. The peat walls in the middle of the lake are a nice area to dive, as well as the north and west side where the tree branches hang in the water. The tree roots on the northwest side are also worth a visit.

It is a swimming pool belonging to the Fletcher Hotel. It is a shallow pool where you can just sit on your knees. In and out of the water is possible via a staircase.

The pond at the Fletcher hotel is a small pond for beginning divers and training with the car in the water. The water is filtered so the visibility is quite ok.

Zwembad de Peppel is a swimming pool in Ede. It consists of a competition pool, reactive section with (tyre) gybes and an outdoor pool for the summer season.

The Blue Lake is a sand quarry used for the limestone factory ad lies in a nature reserve Leggelerveld. The name probably comes from the special color of the water in the lake.

Indoor pool with shallow and deep water, the municipal pool of Steenwijk. Temperature is on average 27c.

The Bosbad in Hoogersmilde is a huge open air swimming pool. Go on a discovery tour, are you the diver who can find the deepest point? Be careful and don’t pass the zero time!
