Grand Cap Roux

Located in the Cap-Roux reserve, the Aurelle Rock is made up of several rocks ranging from 0 to 37 meters in depth. This site is ideal for first dives but also for exploration and training dives for divers.

Located to the north of the Cap-Roux reserve at depths of between 17 and 40 meters, the Maëva rock is a technical rock offering great exploration and training dives for experienced divers.

Located in the Cap-Roux reserve, Petit Cap-Roux is a must-see site at depths of between 12 and 38 meters. Comprising three main rocks and a plateau at 20 meters, this site is ideal for exploratory dives and for training advanced divers.

Located in the Théoule marine park, La Vaquette is a site suitable for all divers. Ranging in depth from 0 to over 40 meters, it is ideal for first dives, advanced diver training and exploration for divers of all levels.

Located in the Théoule Marine Park, the Trompettes site is between 1 and 30 meters deep. The site is ideal for exploratory and training dives, as well as first dives.

This site is a pretty circular cove with a sandy beach located at the foot of the Esterel massif between Cap Dramont and Agay. The site is accessible from the shore, making it easy and fun for all divers. It's an ideal site for beginners or when the weather forecast is poor for navigation. Maximum depth is 15m.

Underwater path, protected by a reinforced bathing zone. During the summer season, there is a lifeguard on the beach. 3 buoys are moored in interesting areas.

Departing from the Port de la Rague, the diving base is ideal for beginners and introductory dives, thanks to its privileged location in a protected bathing area with no currents or swells, and shallow depths. The diving base allows you to leave directly from the pontoon without using the boat.

Two rocks side by side form a small canyon rich in Mediterranean flora and fauna. Beginners will be able to access the rocks with their many crevices, home to crustaceans and slugs. Experts will be delighted with the big blue and a gradual descent along several drop-offs.

Around the Ile d'Or at Cap Dramont, the Esterel massif and its ochre colors fall into the water. The "Sec des Suisses" dive site consists of a series of 3 rocks down to around 40m. For experienced divers.
