Diving in Armacao dos Buzios

Located only a two-hour drive north of Rio de Janeiro you will find Armacao dos Buzios. This place is world-famous for being a luxury beach resort destination that offers excellent sites for diving. From Buzios you can reach some islands that are worth the visit; the most beautiful island is named Ancora, and you can reach it by sailing for about 60 minutes. You can expect to find a rocky bottom, and a diverse marine life including South Atlantic fishes, some pelagics and even big turtles.
