Kalhu Thila

Ran Thila is an underwater knoll, with a gentle slope on the north-east and East side and a drop off on the west side with a lot of overhangs and caves in between 5-20 meters. A torch is recommended.

This is a small reef situated inside the atoll with a drop-off aon the west side. The reef is full of holes and overhangs, with sponges and black corals. A torch and camera are highly recommended.

Vaggiri is a great dive site for every diver, especially those who love to see small life and have long dives. The formation of this giri is very unique and a perfect place to try out deep dives for the first time.

this dive site is located on east side of dive point rannalhi, boat navigation time is 40min. its a very small round giri, you can swim around in one hour

Dongmas Giri is a small round reef in the middle of the atoll. A drop off from 1-12 meters on the south side is where there are small bomies covered with compact coral that shelter loads of glass fish. The west side has some beautiful overhangs. Diving with a torch is highly recommended.

This dive site is in the channel of Lohifushi, with a sandy bottom between 15 - 25 meters. You can dive both sides of the 50-meter large sand channel. In the sand, you can find many coral blocks.

Small round reef with a deeper thila attached to the north west side of the giri. The deeper thila has some big black corals with longnose hawkfish and a big scool of five line snappers. The west side offers a nice dropping slope with nice small overhangs. Torch recommended.

This dive site is well known as a Manta Ray Cleaning and feeding zone from late March to begining of November and some times into mid-December. This is one of the best places to dive with these giant rays within this part of the Atoll.

Mid sized Giri with lots of beautiful soft oral on the south and east side. Various sandy areas with blocks and nice table corals. Ideal place for snorkelers too.

Appa Thila is a large reef on the inside of the atoll. West side of the reef is a beautiful terrace with lots of soft corals. In 60 minutes it is possible to swim around half of the site. Small overhangs can be seen on the east side. A great dive site for photographers.
