The “PINKVOSS“ quarry is located on the border of the town of Kirchberg, directly on the Lengenfelder Straße. It has been used as a recreational dive site for over 60 years!

Glück Auf Schwimmhalle (★3.5)

The Swimming Hall is for ambitious swimmers, snorkelers, and divers. Additional times for fin swimmers are shown in the opening hours. Use for sport diving only through clubs!

Haselbacher See (★3.6)

The Haselbacher See is a flooded former open cast lignite mine. It is located at the state border of Saxony / Thuringia and is used differently. On Saxonian territory, the water sovereignty lies with the DAV - Saxony as tenant. The Thuringian part is used for water sports and tourism.
