Want to learn freediving? During this Basic Freediving course you will learn how to stay underwater longer and more comfortably through breathing techniques, relaxation and correct diving posture. You get theory, practice dry breathing and equalizing techniques, and of course go in the water to apply everything. This is a 3-part series of lessons. The Skill Building Week is all about growth, technique and fun - in the middle of one of the most beautiful ocean environments in the world. Each day we sail to new bays, where, under the guidance of professional SSI Mermaid Instructor Trainers, you work on breathing techniques, safe diving skills, elegant movements and your unique mermaid flow. In between sessions you will enjoy sun, peace, connection and the magic of mermaiding on the open sea. This week is all about deepening, learning and surprising yourself.
