Jonny’s Gorge (★4.8)

Johnny’s Gorge is one of the most spectacular dive sites around Havelock. It is named after an Andaman local, a Karen, who discovered the dive site many years ago. It is a deep dive site well suited for advanced divers.

Dicksons Pinnacle (★4.7)

A visit to Havelock island is not complete without at least one dive at Dixon’s Pinnacle. The pinnacles were discovered years ago by a local Andaman instructor called Dickson and since then the site has been the one of the most popular dive sites around Havelock.

The Junction (★4.7)

This beautiful little site begins with rock formations bejewelled with beautifully coloured soft corals. Since it is a relatively deep site that lies between 28-34 metres with strong eastward currents, time is precious but never spent better.

The Wall (★4.5)

The Wall is a good site for deep dives and is easily assessable from Havelock. A great site for fun dives and training courses. This site must be dived early in the morning due to passenger ferries.

Along with Dixon’s Pinnacles and Johnny’s Gorge, it completes the holy trinity of must-see dive sites around Havelock. A truly spectacular dive! Lots of schooling fish and hunting action.

Margarita’s Mischief (★4.6)

This is one of three most popular dive sites located between Havelock and Neil Island. Margarita’s mischief is a long chain of rock mounds extending southward and is known for a particular variety of sea grass that dugongs love.

Whitehouse Rock (★4.6)

A unique dive that teems with marine life on a seamount rising from the bottom at 40 metres to almost all the way up to the surface. A thriving coral reef system.

One of the best wrecks in the Andamans, it is mesmerizing to see how such a massive man-made object transitions into an ideal home for so many fish and coral.
