It wasn’t an easy task to achieve, requiring hard work, dedication, investments and, most of all, professionalism in the selection and training of our staff, maintenance and preservation of the best operational equipment available, and constant concern with safety and compliance with all national and international standards for a pleasurable, safe dive.

Another important section is training: we dedicate lots of hours for intensive training of our staff regarding the dive operations procedure. Our monitoring process includes monthly evaluations of each of our employees, from the base crew to the vessel masters, which ensures continuous alignment between the quality of service demanded by our customers and attitudes expected of each team member.
