U1021
The U1021 (1944-1945) was a german VIIC/41 submarine sunk 9nm from Newquay harbour. She sits at 55-60m after striking an underwater mine. Features of interest include the blast site itself, the conning tower/periscope, and the bow and stern sections.
Expect to see pink sea fans, conger eels, dead man’s finger corals, plumose anemones, urchins, jewel anemones, and much more!
