The Bay of Saint-Brieuc The richness of the Côtes d’Armor and the Baie de Saint-Brieuc provides us with a variety of sites for our activity.It’s a vast coastal area with a succession of cliffs, creeks, dunes, points and beaches. Not only are these areas rich in fish, they also serve as anchorage points for a rich variety of fixed fauna. Even areas of maerl and sand are ideal for diving. Spectacular are the ridains, veritable sand dunes created by tidal currents, which can rise 5 to 6 m from the seabed. There are also numerous wrecks, including a good number of steamships (late 19th/early 20th century): Le Iceland, Le Molène and Le Sea Spray, whose monumental propeller alone is worth a visit.
