Shallow Bay is a short boat ride from San Carlos Marina. Typical, volcanic topography, with rocky shoreline and flat sandy bottom further from shore.

Easy shallow dive site close to the Marina San Carlos. Huge wall with large broken boulders. Beautiful, open swim thought. Can have strong swell.

Fantastic dive site right out of the Marina San Carlos. Underwater mountain with the top at around 20ft below the surface. Steep to less steep sides leveling off at around 90-100ft.

Easy access shallow cove. Gradually sloping bottom with sandy patches and rocks/reef. In the winter with kelp formation. 5 min surface gets to 10m/33ft in the center of bay

Popular dive site north of Marina San Carlos. Shallow area with pebbles/rocks (10ft) sloping off to the West with larger boulders finishing on a sandy area (30ft).

The Sea of Cortez, also known as the Gulf of California, is a warm, sub-tropical strip of water that sits between Baja California and the mainland of Mexico.

Exposed dive site on the south tip of San Pedro de Nolasco. Can have strong currents, better for advanced and expert divers. Deep drop off and outside pinnacle with large pelagics at times.

Popular dive site on the east side of San Pedro Island. Sloping boulder field leading into sandy area at around 40ft. Easy site for all levels. Tons of stuff to see over the sand.

It is a bit of a boat ride to get out to San Pedro Island but well worth it! You’ll see amazing reef structure, lots of hard and soft corals and tons of sub-tropical fish species, plus possible sightings of larger marine life. Don’t miss diving Las Cascaditas, Lighthouse both north and south, and Pelican Point.
