Hastings Reef - Fish Bowl

Large wall with different entries. One of them will lead you to the Coral Gardens where you can see stunning corals and Giant Clams. You also can find a couple of bommies where you will see the coral trees from Reef Restoration.

The name of this site comes form its many bommies that exist away and split off from the reef. It is located at the southern end of Hastings Reef and offers shallow waters, ideal for snorkeling and beginner divers.

Wall feature up to 20m deep, shallow on top. It has a sandy patch where you can see heaps of sea cucumbers. It is a really good site to find small and interesting things around.

Nabízí krásnou mělkou stěnu s malebnou krásou, díky níž je snadné se po ní pohybovat. Mělké písečné skvrny jsou ideální pro dovednostní a makro potápění. Západní stěna sice nabízí o něco větší hloubku, ale je také známo, že se zde objevují silné proudy.

Dva velcí koráloví bommies se spoustou mělkých útesů na jihovýchodě. Celkem přibližně 60 metrů, s malým hřebenem spojujícím oba bommies.

Velká struktura bomby obklopená krásnými tvrdými a měkkými korály a širokou škálou pestrobarevných ryb. Bílé písčité dno usnadňuje pohyb po nádherné útesové stěně.

This site is made up of a collection of coral bommies, where you can find many different features. It is a good dive for all the levels, being around the shallows will surprise you with the incredible marine life that you can find.

Mělká stěna, hluboká asi 15 m s roztroušenými bombami v hlubším písku. Hromady malých jeskyní, které ukrývají úhoře a chobotnice. Doporučujeme od začátečníků po pokročilé potápěče.

V jižní části Normanova útesu se nachází hřiště Playgrounds a Žraločí hora. Playgrounds pro začátečníky a Shark Mountain pro trochu pokročilejší potápěče. Krásný korálový útes a bomby k prozkoumání.
