Muskuli Thila

Drift dive along Kudathulhaadhoo Island. Large overhang with soft corals in the west, caves in the middle, and a small bay and the tip in the east is full of fish

Den här platsen är 300 meter lång och 80 meter bred och är ett rev som man inte får dyka på. På den västra sidan faller revet långsamt från 14 till 18 meter och sedan brant till 30 meter. Framför finns ett stort block som börjar på 28 meter. Med lite tur kan du se ammahajar här. Den sydvästra sidan är kors och tvärs med vackra färgglada överhäng. Ström!!!

Great challenging reef that consists of 2 thilas. The eastern Thila is not that big and is circled in 25 to 30 minutes then you fly about. 120m to the 2nd thila. Here it goes down again to look for a frogfish. Between November and April mantas and mobulas possible.

Om du vill se anemoner måste du komma hit! Det finns ett fält med hundratals anemoner där du också alltid kan hitta sköldpaddor. Giri har en ungefärlig diameter på 120 meter och är lätt att dyka runt. Det finns också några fina små överhäng.

Smaller thila that is easy to circle around when simple current conditions prevail. The reef top starts at 7m with small blocks. To the east and north, it does not drop so steeply to 25m. In the west and south a little steeper up to 35m. In the south-west are beautiful small. Overhangs.

Wonderful drift dive in a frenzy of colors. This reef is like an open subway tunnel cut on the side. Soft corals in many different colors hang everywhere in the tunnel. In the middle of the canal, there are coral blocks with a good chance of gray reef shark (when there’s current). The perfect place for a current specialty!

ADT is a deep thila in front off the island of Aarah. With a current from the west, we start on the gently sloping part of the lagoon in the south-west. We drift in a deep of 22m to the first small block and from there to the thila. If the current is not too strong, the dive can be ended at the main reef

A small reef with many different types of colorful coral. The reef roof is at a height of 6m and has a diameter of approx. 20m, at a depth of 25m it should be approx. 50m. On the west side an overhang with soft corals, further deeper a gap with giant moray eels and cleaner shrimp.

Simple but beautiful dive that starts slowly at 5m in a bay and then dives at 15-20m on the right shoulder with a current from west to east. Some small holes in the wall. There you can find a lot of macro but also scorpionfish and the longnose hawkfish in the coral bushes. In the blue water Napoleon and eagle rays

Maamunagaa Giri is like an isosceles triangle and can only be approached in good weather. The south side lies on the deep channel between Baa and Raa Atoll. Here, and on the northwest side, you can often see gray reef sharks and a beautiful school of jackfish. Macro life lies in the small overhangs and holes.
