Ursus (Wreck)

En ö som man kan dyka runt på olika sätt - från naturdyk med besök i en grotta på 6 meters djup, simning mellan enorma klippor eller dykning längs en vertikal vägg till vrakdykning ovanför över 200 år gamla kanoner.

Detta är en liten ö som man kan simma runt under ett enda dyk. Förutom många fiskar kan du se några gamla amfororor. Amphororor finns på 14 till 37 meters djup.

The highlight of this dive is the wreck of a B-24 bomber which crashed in 1944 and its hull with wings lies at a depth of 40 m, while the tail is accessible by technical divers only, lying at the depth of 52 m in a distance of about 100 m from the hull.

The name of Host refers to the isle located at the entrance to the Vis Bay and comes from the British officer William Hoste, who contributed to defeat the French navy during the Battle. As a result of hitting the rocks, there must have sunk more than one ship in this place.

Hellenistic Port consists of the remains of an ancient harbour in front of the Issa Hotel. The sloping area is covered with yellow sponges. The entrance to the water is made from a concrete quay in a place where the water depth does not exceed 1.5 m.

Nova Pošta consists of a tunnel, a cavern, and a funnel (chimney) on the northernmost peninsula of the island of Vis. Your boat will be moored in the calm, lovely, wind-safe bay.

Denna plats har två grottor, en på 30 meter och en grundare på 10 meter. Green cave är en mycket populär plats att besöka med båt och för dykning. Grottan fick sitt namn av en ljusstråle som lyser på en grön sten och ger ett fint ljusspel.
