Fortunal (Wreck)

En ö som du kan dyka runt. Väggen är på norra sidan och går från 5-35 meter. Det finns en grotta på 30 m. Lämplig för både nybörjare och avancerade dykare.

The Teti is a 72-meters long steamship that lays on a sandy bottom where it sunk in 1930. It is famous for its picturesque spare steering wheel, close to which moray eels and conger live.

En stor topp som ligger nära Vassilios vrak. Börjar med en platå på 6 m och fortsätter med sluttningar till 20 m, för att sedan övergå i en vertikal vägg på över 50 m.

I mars 1939, lastad med kol och på väg till Venedig, gick fartygets roder sönder och Vassilios sjönk. Denna 105 meter långa jätte vilar nu på den sandiga havsbottnen på sin babordssida, och skrovet, som en gång var fullt av kol, gapar nu tomt. Vraket ligger på 20-55 meters djup.

Hellenistic Port consists of the remains of an ancient harbour in front of the Issa Hotel. The sloping area is covered with yellow sponges. The entrance to the water is made from a concrete quay in a place where the water depth does not exceed 1.5 m.

The name of Host refers to the isle located at the entrance to the Vis Bay and comes from the British officer William Hoste, who contributed to defeat the French navy during the Battle. As a result of hitting the rocks, there must have sunk more than one ship in this place.
