Maite Marine Sanctuary

Takot Shoal är också känd som den sjunkna ön. Detta är ett sluttande dyk som börjar på ca 12 m och går hela vägen till 40 m. Detta är en mer avancerad dykplats och du kan stöta på en viss ström.

En av de mest populära strandposterna i Siquijor ligger 1,3 kilometer söder om San Juan centrum. På höger sida hittar du skylten John Lhea Resort. Sväng in och checka in vid Dive Point DC som ligger där för ett landdyk i Coral Garden. En utmärkt plats för ett nattdyk.

A shallow slope makes this the perfect site for beginners. Just in front of Coco Grove resort, you will find a beautiful and colorful variety of coral and small fish. This site is easy to dive and not a lot of current.

A marine sanctuary with an area of over seven hectares of coral reef and sea grass. This site starts as a gentle sloping reef and is considered one of the best sites in Siquijor.

Also known as “Takot Shoal,” this site is a beautiful submerged island encrusted with hard and soft corals. Amazing for both diving and snorkeling.

On this famous wall dive in the northeast corner of the island, you will see typical coral gardens with great opportunities for macro photography.

This site has large boulders full of corals and marine life. Afterwhich, the bottom slowly changes to a sandy slope which leads to a small wall filled with coral.

Paliton Sanctuary är ett väggdyk som börjar på 5 meters djup och går hela vägen upp till 50 meter. Detta gör det till en idealisk dykplats för alla nivåer. Vackra och intakta korallträdgårdar finns med massor av små makrokryp.

Paliton Staghorn is a beautiful and easy to dive spot. Usually, you will find great visibility and a huge variety of soft and hard coral housing schools of all kinds and colors of reef fish.

A very relaxing and comfortalble dive. Great for every level of diver. Beautiful coral gardens. You will find the special black coral trees in the area.
