エスカルバダ島は、エスピリトサント州でも最高のダイビングができる島です。水深は6～24メートルで、流れの影響を受けやすいポイントです。

Ilha de Âncoraは、大陸に近く、ダイビングの条件が優れていることから、Arraial do Cabo、Cabo Frio、Búziosの地域を頻繁に訪れるダイバーにとって、主要なダイビングスポットの一つです。ポイントの水深は8～30mと様々で、初心者から上級者までのダイバーを歓迎しています。

アトランティダの断崖は、アブロルホス地域ではあまり知られていないダイビングスポットですが、素晴らしいダイビングを楽しむことができます。この地層は、いくつかの通路や水路を備えており、15人ほどのダイバーが入れるラウンジに到着するまで、ダイビングを楽しむことができます。水深は8～32mです。

Shallow diving (4 to 12 meters) and with reduced visibility. The wreck is in one piece, with possibility of penetration. It is 73 meters long.

The underwater trail is 140 meters long, with 14 pins installed on the sand and cables that connect the points of interest, guiding the route and facilitating the interpretation of each point with its attractions.

Formation of endemic capeirinhas of southern Bahia with an average annual growth of 1 mm, with several passages and tunnels that connect other capeirinhas in the surroundings;

"Faca Cega"（盲目のナイフ）の名前を受けるキャップのセットは、アブロルホス群島の主要なダイビングポイントの一つで構成されています。水深25メートルに達する部屋があり、直径が20メートル近くあります。いくつかの通路やバリュウがあり、その眺めは印象的です。

アブロルホス群島の難航地域にあるもう一つの難破船。グアディアナ号はコーヒーを運んでいたのですが、視界の悪い日に岩に衝突してしまい、1885年に沈没しました。現在は解体され、機械や舵などの識別可能な部品が残っています。
