Arroyo

One of the richest sites in terms of aquatic fauna and flora and therefore a must-see in this area. Consisting of several large rocks interspersed with canyons that you can walk through to observe attached life such as walls of red Gorgonians, encrusting Anemones, various varieties of Sponges and Doris nudibranches.

This site consists of a series of rocks running from north to south at a depth of 8 to 18 meters. At the end of this rocky bar surrounded by Posidonia, towards the south, you will find a statue of a mermaid.

Formed by three big boulders cut by two faults, this plateau presents an emerging ridge at 11 meters sitting on a sandy bottom at 25 meters. A loop of the site can be done by taking the two faults covered with red and yellow gorgonians.

The Imperials are part of the Riou Archipelago and represent 3 rocks in the North East of this island. They are part of the most famous dives of Marseille the Middle Imperial is located in the middle of the 3 rocks as its name indicates.

A small rocky islet located south of Marseille, off the Calanques massif. This dive site is part of the Riou archipelago, and has a beautiful canyon followed by a drop off, where it is not uncommon to see merous, mostelles, wolves, anthias, castagnoles, and even barracudas.

This dive site offers alternating large rocky areas and ends in the south with magnificent ridges up to 40 meters. It is also sheltered from the east wind and has mooring for boats on 4 buoys.

Gabinière Island is located in the southeast of Port-Cros. The site is slightly protected from the Mistral, but very exposed to the east wind. This site offers drift diving with a magnificent drop off from 0 to 50 m.

The Pharillons are located at the southern tip of Maïre Island, they are two rocks. A beautiful drop off with two main arches and other smaller ones.

On 17 June 1903, less than an hour after leaving the port of Marseille for Bastia, the liner was rammed on the starboard bow by the Insular, returning from Toulon with about forty passengers on board and preparing to enter the roadstead near the Ile Maïre.

Located in the bay of St. Tropez, Le Relax is a 27m long and 5m wide boat wreck. It lies upright in 35 m deep water. Well preserved, the wreck is covered with gorgonians. Its corridor is accessible to divers and has many surprises to offer like scorpionsfish, congers, lobster, and more.
