Georgia Aquarium

The Dive Shop has a 12ft pool inside their shop. The store used to be a Taco Bell back in 1994. Some similarities still exist. Nothing amazing about this pool other then you are diving in an old Taco Bell location.

Average depth of 20 ft. A popular local lake for training dives. You can see two large concrete masses with rear hooks on top. Typical lake dive.

This is a great place to extend your diving because of the warmer water in the wintertime, also making this a great place to do Open Water training in the winter.

Anchor Bay Marina a great training dive site located on Lake Martin. It is 28 miles from Adventure Sports SCUBA. Anchor Bay Marina is an excellent training site with three (3) training platforms, as well as several boats that serve as structure to explore.

Lake Jocassee is a beautiful mountain lake in South Carolina. You will need a boat to see the graveyard at about 130ft to 150ft. Some of the headstones are still there. You can do both boat dives and shore dives.

Lake Keowee is a man-made reservoir located in south Carolina. it was developed to serve the needs of power utility and public recreational purposes. It is approximately 26 miles long, 3 miles wide, with an average depth of 54 feet. its located approximately 800 feet above sea level.

Lake Jocassee is a beautiful mountain lake nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains. Divers here will typically experience 5’-30 foot visibility and a wide variety of depths, terrain, and temperatures.

This site provides something for divers of all levels. While there are numerous sunken boats, the main attraction is the Chinese Junk imported decades ago and after multiple sinkings finally came to reset here. Other entertaining sites here include vending machines, tic-tac-toe table, and Halloween cemetery.

Lake Jocassee is a man-made lake. The lake is over 360 feet deep with visibility ranging from 20 feet to over 50 feet at depth. There are several ramps here, one is set aside for divers and there is enough to keep divers coming back again and again.

Loch Lowe-Minn is a quarry designed just for Scuba divers. It is a great facility with 22 picnic tables available for use by those who make a reservation or if they have them left over.
