Mgarr Ix Xini is a shallow and easy bay in the south of Gozo. It’s perfect for training dives as well as night dives with maximum depth of 15m. There’s also a small and safe cavern perfect for those beginning their adventures with caves and caverns.

MV Karwela is the most popular wreck here on Gozo. It is an old German-built ferry used as excursion boat around Malta scuttled in 2006 for divers. It is easy and safe to enter and penetrate the wreck. It has fantastic staircase, 2 decks to explore with a dark engine room underneath. For experienced divers. 32-40m

Xatt l’Ahmar reef is a shallow reef near the drop off leading to the wrecks. It is a wall dive with the depth between 4 to 30 m. In the shallows you can find lots of colourful fish as well as seahorses. Going down the wall you’ll get to the huge boulders hiding slipper lobsters and giant scorpionfish. All levels.

Cominoland is one of three wrecks scuttled in Xatt l’Ahmar in the south of Gozo. It is an old excursion boat to Comino that was scuttled in August 2006 together with nearby Karwela wreck. Cominoland is 35m long and lies at 40m. It has two decks and offers lot to explore. For advanced divers.

Xatt l'Ahmar ou Red Bay é uma baía fácil e rasa, perfeita para mergulhos introdutórios, mergulhos de treinamento e para mergulhadores menos experientes. As profundidades variam entre 3 m a 15 m no exterior, acima dos campos de Posidonia. Há um recife raso, um fundo arenoso e rochas enormes. Cheio de luz natural e cores.

Hondoq Bay é uma baía rasa no sudeste de Gozo e é ideal para cursos e mergulhos de introdução. Um mergulho adequado para mergulhadores inexperientes. Você encontrará um fundo arenoso, tubulação de água e arcos a leste. Há uma enseada escondida com uma pequena caverna a oeste. A profundidade varia de 5 a 12m.

The P31 Wreck is another dive site visited during the Full Day Boat Trip to Comino. It is a small patrol boat wreck between 11m and 20m, making it a perfect dive site for those beginning their adventure with wrecks. It is safe to penetrate as all dangerous parts have been removed.

Lantern Point is another boat dive south west of Comino Island. It offers a mix of swim throughs, boulders and drop offs. The main attraction is the chimney between 5 and 16m followed by boulders and swim throughs. It’s a dive site suitable for Advanced divers or higher.
