各SSIダイバーの皆様はご自身のデータを確認したり、認定証が発行されている場合にはご自身の意思でチェックを調整することができます。

  • 姓（みょうじ）
  • 誕生日

使用条項：

  • 本サービスの利用者は、ここにあるコンテンツの全権利の所有は、世界中のダイバー（認定証所有者）及びConcept Systems Inc.に属することを了承すること。
  • アクティブ・ダイブ・プロフェッショナルの皆様及びダイブ・センターは、教育及びリクリエーショナル・ダイビングの両活動、又は当該活動のいずれかを目的として、認定証所有者の認定ステータスを確認するために本コンテンツを利用する権限を有します。リクエストされたデータはスクリーン上に表示できるようになっています。
  • 認定証所有者からの書面による承認なく個人のデータを第三者へ譲渡することは厳禁です。
  • テンポラリー・カードは個人的使用は認定証所有者にのみ認められています。テンポラリー・カードは、認定証所有者が個人的に必要な場合、当人が複製できることがあります。それ以外の複製に関しては、完全複製か部分的複製かを問わず、また、電子機器、機械等、いかなるフォーマットにおいてもその形式を問わず、認定証所有者からの書面による承認の提出が必須です。
