Rihiveli Bay

The Rihiveli wreck is a 45 meters long steel freighter with interesting marine life around. The visibility is mostly not the best but there are chances to see manta rays there.

Beautiful inner reef dive with lots of overhangs between 10 and 25 meters. Great hard on the reef and nice colorful soft corals in the overhangs. Torch highly recommended.

South west corner of Rihiveli island. This divesite at the corner of the wide channel is a perfect place to observe grey reef sharks. Can be dived with outgoing and incoming current. Offers beautiful overhangs teaming with life.

Rani Corner ist ein wunderschöner Innenriff-Tauchgang mit einer Wand, die bei etwa 5 Metern beginnt und allmählich bis auf 30 Meter abfällt, mit vielen Überhängen zwischen 10-25 Metern mit großartigen Hart- und Weichkorallen.

Die am Ende des Hauptstegs gelegene Tauchschule bietet Zugang zum Hausriff, so dass man leicht zum nahen Drop-off zum Tauchen und Schnorcheln gelangt. Eines der besten Hausriff-Resorts auf den Malediven. Nachtfutternde Mantas sind hier fast jede Nacht anzutreffen.

Very nice landscape with beautiful coral rock formations between 5 and 20 meters. In between the rock formations are sandy plateaus with leather and soft corals. Torch and camera recommended.

The outside of this long and narrow thila is covered of hard corals and offers a great variety of marine life. Dolphins are often spotted playing in this area.

Es handelt sich um ein kleines Innenriff, mit einem Steilabfall an der Westseite, und vielen Überhängen. Eine Tauchlampe wird empfohlen. Dieser Platz ist auf dem Riffdach mit üppigen Hartkorallen bewachsen und ist einer der Plätze, der für seine Korallen bekannt ist.

Fihalhohi Beru ist ein schöner Thila am Außenriff. Es gibt viele Fischschwärme und oft große Fische, wenn es eine gewisse Strömung gibt. Um die Überhänge auf der Westseite kann man Ammenhaie antreffen. Es wird empfohlen, eine Taschenlampe mitzunehmen.

Dies ist ein langes, sanft fallende Riff. Ein einfacher Tauchplatz für jedes Taucherlevel. Die beste Tiefe liegt im 5- bis 20-Meter Bereich. Während des Monats August besteht eine große Wahrscheinlichkeit, bei leicht von Süd nach Ost einlaufender Strömung, Walhaie zu sehen.
