SSI SNORKELING INSTRUCTOR
For over 35 years SSI has been known in the diving industry for providing high quality education and outstanding training materials for divers of all levels.
SSI Instructors are only allowed to teach when being affiliated with an SSI Facility. This concept is unique in the industry and allows direct monitoring of all active SSI Dive Leaders to make sure that high quality education within the standards is provided.
SSI Instructors teach with proven methods using innovative training techniques so that students will enjoy the learning experience. Learning skills becomes easy and fun. From these approach also results the Slogan of SSI – serious diving. serious fun.
Since the start of 2007, snorkeling as a training proram has been separated from diving. This change allows non-divers to become Snorkel Instructors. Due to this interested Aqua Fun Parks, Fitness Centers, Public Pools in the domestic markets and Snorkel Service Providers in resort areas can become professional SSI Snorkeling Clubs by fulfilling the standards and by having a Snorkel Instructor on staff.
