A service for SSI Divers in case of loss or omission of the certification card!

Each SSI Diver can check their own data or allow checks at his/her free will if a certificate was issued for them:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of Birth

Terms of Use:

  • Users of this service accept that all rights of the content of this area are reserved worldwide by the persons (certification owners) and Concept Systems Inc.
  • Active Dive Professionals and Dive Centers are authorized to use this content to verify the certification status of the certification owner for purposes of educational activities and/or recreational diving activities. The requested data is allowed to be shown on the screen.
  • Transfer of personal data to third parties without written authorization of the certification owner is strictly prohibited.
  • Temporary Cards are for personal use of the certification owner only. Temporary Cards may be duplicated by the certification owner for personal needs. Further duplication - completely or partially - in electronic, mechanical or any other format must be accompanied with written authorization of such from the certification owner.
  • The transfer of the content - completely or partially - in electronic, mechanical or any other format to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Taking specialties is a great way to hone your skills and learn some new ones. Continuing Education is exciting and limitless. It is your chance to begin exploring beyond the surface. Choose your personal combination of training and diving experience to reach your diving goals today!
advanced dive training To be prepared for any diving situation that may occur, you need the knowledge and skills that SSI Specialty programs provide. Each Specialty program will provide you certain benefits and gets you one step closer to your Ultimate Dive Experience. Our goal is to prepare you for the adventure that lies ahead, as well as make sure you have a good time doing it!

Get involved

  1. Review the specialty program menu with your SSI Dive Center or Dive Resort. Choose the programs that best fit your interest and schedule your dives!
  2. Review your program materials.
  3. Get out there and dive!
  4. Reward yourself with the recognition you deserve. Get an SSI Specialty Card, as well as earn credit towards your Continuing Education Ratings!

How Far Do You Want to go?

SSI Continuing Education Ratings

Taking a specific number of SSI Specialties and continuing your pursuit of dives allows you to earn higher levels of diver ratings. SSI's ratings are the only ratings in the industry that combine training and experience requirements, proving that SSI ratings are truly earned. It is up to you to decide how far you want to go. And the best is that recognition at SSI is FREE! Complete your Specialty programs with the applicable SSI Specialty certification card and receive the SSI Recognition Ratings: Specialty Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver and Master Diver - FREE.

 

Specialty Diver

To earn the certification for Specialty Diver, you must complete 2 specialty courses and have completed a total of 12 dives. This is higher than any other agency's advanced courses.

Advanced Open Water Diver

SSI's Advanced Diver rating stands alone in the industry with the highest combination of diving knowledge and experience. No other agency's advanced diver level compares. To earn the certification for Advanced Open Water Diver, you must complete 4 specialty courses and have completed a total of 24 dives.

Advanced Open Water Diver

Master Diver

SSI's Master Diver rating is one of the most elite ratings in diving today. Divers that have completed this level have combined the knowledge, skills and experience to truly call themselves Master Divers. To earn the certification for Master Diver, you must complete 5 specialty courses and have completed a total of 50 dives.
