Each SSI Diver can check their own data or allow checks at his/her free will if a certificate was issued for them:

Users of this service accept that all rights of the content of this area are reserved worldwide by the persons (certification owners) and Concept Systems Inc.
Active Dive Professionals and Dive Centers are authorized to use this content to verify the certification status of the certification owner for purposes of educational activities and/or recreational diving activities. The requested data is allowed to be shown on the screen.
Transfer of personal data to third parties without written authorization of the certification owner is strictly prohibited.
Temporary Cards are for personal use of the certification owner only. Temporary Cards may be duplicated by the certification owner for personal needs. Further duplication - completely or partially - in electronic, mechanical or any other format must be accompanied with written authorization of such from the certification owner.

With SSI your safety is our utmost concern. We know if you don’t feel safe and confident you won’t have fun diving and having a good time is what it’s all about!

Decades of experience have taught us there are four requirements to the ultimate in diver safety. These four requirements are the foundation of our training. By making sure each new certified diver understands and can apply these requirements, SSI can keep you safe.

There is also a definite link between owning your equipment and being safe and confident in the open water. To meet this goal SSI recommends that every diver own a high quality Total Diving System.

Your learning experience will come alive with personalized instruction that puts your skills to use in reality-based training scenarios. Our unique approach to dive training is known asComfort through Repetition.

By practicing each skill you’ve learned throughout each level of your training, your actions become conditioned responses—second nature! SSI training ensures you retain what you’ve already learned, while you continue to learn more. As a result, diving remains fun, not an exercise in memory recall or mental gymnastics.

Your Equipment

Owning your equipment is the first step in complete diver safety. Understanding how it works is critical to your overall comfort and confidence during your diving adventures. . When you are diving it will reduce stress if you are familiar with the components you are wearing. If there is an emergency you can be confident that your equipment will work properly. SSI recommends that you own and practice using a high quality Total Diving System.

Buying Your Total Diving System

SSI recommends that you purchase your Total Diving System during training so you can practice using it under the supervision of your instructor. We also advise you to purchase your equipment from your Dive Center. It is the best way to guarantee the maintenance and quality of the products that you have purchased.
